OUR FIRST DAY OF CAMP -- JULY 8 by Aaron Farward, Diamond Mallory, and Micah Rice

Today after everyone was up and ready, we all went to the cafeteria and ate breakfast. After breakfast we went to class and did math and science. We learned lots of new stuff! Then a little later we went to lunch and had cheese burgers, pizza, French fries and more... We even went outside and played a game called spider. A few minutes later we went back to class and did literacy. We did a few things, most of us never heard of like picture walking, using Dr. Seuss books. Some students got on computers and wrote stories and stuff like that. After all of that we went to the gym and did a few exercises and stretches. Some people did Zumba others did laps around the track and football and more did basketball. We also went to clubs like chorus, gardening, robotics and etc. At dinner we went to the cafeteria and ate. This time we had burgers and curly fries, chicken, or salads. Some people even had ice cream. Later on we went to town hall and had a discussion about rules. We also made new rules and played a game called Step into the Circle. We took showers and went to book clubs in our pajamas, which was kind of cool. After that we went to bed waiting for the next day to come!
